Would you like to experience a greater sense of emotional balance? This group may be for you! Participants in the Finding Balance group will have an opportunity to builds skills in: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants will discuss how these skills may relate to their life and start applying the skills in group. Practice outside of the group is expected, in order to experience the most benefits.
The Finding Balance Group is an 8-week, semi-structured group. If you are interested in participating in a Finding Balance Group or have additional questions, please telephone CAPS at 274-2548 to schedule a pre-group meeting with a group leader.
