Mindful movement incorporates mindful meditations with flowing movements and poses designed to help you connect to your body, relieve stress, and relate to your thoughts in a different way. This is not intended to be a fitness class, but does involve some physical demands.
Mindful Movement is a 6-week structured group. If you are interested in participating in Mindful Movement, telephone CAPS at 274-2548 for more information or come to CAPS to initiate services and schedule a pre-group meeting.
