Alcohol & Other Drug Education
Campus statistics on alcohol and drug use are obtained through anonymous self-report surveys, program evaluations, student conduct data, campus crime reports, and screening surveys. The following tables are made available to promote transparency, to guide program development, and to spark discussion around campus alcohol and drug use.
Research in the field of alcohol and drug use in the college population has established common measures of alcohol and drug usage, including past 30 day prevalence of alcohol and drug use and past 2-week prevalence of high-risk drinking. Binge drinking is defined as 4+ (female) or 5+ (male) drinks in a single drinking event within the past 2 weeks.
These alcohol and other drug usage rates are highlighted for convenience. For full reports and survey data, please visit the new Campus Statistics & Reports section of this website.
