Whether it’s taking a fitness class or participating on an intramural team through Campus Recreation, taking advantage of a reduced membership rate through IUPUI's partnership with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS), attending a screening day or meeting with a counselor at CAPS, getting a flu shot or physical exam from Student Health Services, or attending an educational program offered by Health and Wellness Promotion, we hope you will take advantage of these resources provided to enhance your health and wellness while you’re a student at IUPUI.
