The adjudication processes used to resolve alleged violations of the Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct are developed and administered by each individual campus within Indiana University. The IUPUI disciplinary procedures outline the process by which the university will resolve complaints of Academic Misconduct and Personal Misconduct. The processes are educational in nature and are not comparable to the criminal justice system. The ultimate goals of the disciplinary process are to promote a safe educational environment and develop students who are productive members of both the local and global communities. Information about potential outcomes and guidance on sanctions is available by contacting the Office of Student Conduct.
More information on the process to resolve allegations of Personal Misconduct can be found here.

Note on Requesting Accommodations
IUPUI is committed to creating a learning environment and academic community that promotes educational opportunities for all individuals, including those with disabilities. Just as it is the responsibility of students with documented disabilities seeking accommodations to notify their course directors in a timely manner concerning the need for such accommodation, the Office of Student Conduct requests similar notice from the student if any accommodation is to be considered. Student Conduct will work with the student and Adaptive Educational Services to arrange reasonable accommodations for access to programs, services, and facilities as outlined by applicable state and federal laws.
Students requesting disability-related accommodations and/or services should contact Adaptive Educational Services at 317-274-3241.
