Student Conduct

Welcome to the Office of Student Conduct. As an office within the Division of Student Affairs, we support the educational mission of the university by upholding the Indiana University Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct.   The IUPUI disciplinary process is a fair and informal educational process designed to promote a safe educational environment and develop students who are productive members of both the local and global communities.

All persons are encouraged to contact Student Conduct if they wish to report behaviors that could potentially have been a violation of the Code.  Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Substance abuse issues, i.e. underage alcohol consumption, drug use, etc.
  • Disorder or disruptive behavior
  • Sexual and/or physical violence
  • Academic integrity concerns
  • Criminal activity*

*It is important to report all criminal activity to the proper law enforcement authority first, especially if a situation arises that threatens the health or safety of any member of the community. Indiana University Police  Department on the IUPUI campus can be reached by calling 317.274.7911.

We encourage you to explore this site and contact our office with your questions.  Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.
