Molly Allgood uses an integrative approach, primarily utilizing psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral theory, and client-centered theories. She strives to develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship with empathy and authenticity in order for clients to feel heard and understood. Molly trained as a generalist and has experience working with a broad range of clients and presenting concerns across the lifespan. Her current areas of clinical interest include mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, adjustment concerns, relationship concerns, identity development, and body image and eating concerns.
