Bethany Keller primarily integrates interpersonal, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches within a multicultural and person-centered framework. She strives to develop a therapeutic relationship grounded in collaboration, empathy, and authenticity in order to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. While Bethany was trained as a generalist practitioner, she has specialized training in relationship counseling and the treatment of anxiety disorders. Her current interests include trauma recovery, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, stress/anxiety management, and interpersonal violence.
