Louisa uses an integrative approach in her work, depending upon the needs of each client. Although she draws upon various theoretical approaches, she primarily works from cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal lenses. Louisa strives to create a space where clients feel safe, comfortable, and empowered to work toward their goals. Louisa is trained as a generalist and has experience working with a range of presenting concerns. Her current areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, and adjustment concerns, as well as relationship issues and trauma recovery.
