Kailey Rigdon currently serves as the student conduct investigator. In this role, she serves as the lead contact to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct under the Indiana University Sexual Misconduct Policy. 

Rigdon joined the Office of Student Conduct in March 2020. Prior to her time at IUPUI, she worked as the Title IX Coordinator for Kentucky Christian University while obtaining her M.S. degree in human resource management. She also worked as a graduate assistant for the Women’s and Gender Center at Marshall University during that time from August 2018 to December 2019

Rigdon was a member of the Kentucky Christian University softball team while completing her B.S. in counseling psychology. She completed her senior practicum working for the Title IX Coordinator at Marshall University.

Rigdon is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
