What’s an event without food? Chartwell’s is the exclusive caterer for all departmental and non-university events on campus. They’ll work with you on a menu and, if you select their full-service option, will even clean up for you after the event.Contact the caterer
You want video or music, too? We’ve got you covered with technology options in nearly every room. You can also hire our student and professional AV technicians for your event when you make your reservation.
We know it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare for your event. If you will need to access the Campus Center outside of business hours, you may request to have the building opened earlier or later than usual during the weekend. Our ability to meet this request and the related fees depend on staff availability. Email us at email@example.com for more information.
If you need help getting started with your event, we offer limited planning and consultation services. Visit us at Plan an Event for more details.

Nonuniversity and External Groups

Be up front
Policies and procedures—they aren’t fun, but they are necessary. This one’s about fronting. Basically, if you’re hosting an event, we expect you to represent yourself truthfully. When you reserve a space, that space should be used only for your group or organization. Acting as a front for another client will result in restrictions for future reservations. Check out some policy highlights, then email us at email@example.com for more information about policies related to renting one of our spaces.
