Biography

Kody Rother serves as the assistant director of student conduct at IUPUI. In this role, he is responsible for investigating instances of personal and organizational misconduct. He also serves as a primary hearing officer, adjudicating allegations of personal, sexual, and organizational misconduct under the Indiana University Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct. In addition to these responsibilities, Rother assists in advancing the Office of Student Conduct’s educational outreach efforts.

Prior to joining IUPUI, Rother held positions in residence life and housing, fraternity and sorority life, and student conduct at Roanoke College and the University of North Dakota. He received both his B.A. in sociology and M.S. in educational leadership from the University of North Dakota. He is an active member of the Association of Student Conduct Administrators (ASCA) and volunteer for his fraternity.
