The Division of Student Affairs is here to support you as campus shifts to respond to the fluid coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Events scheduled through this spring semester have been canceled. However, many of our services and resources are still available to students, and some have shifted online to provide virtual support and services. OSAS is available to support students virtually. Connect via Zoom noon to 3 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays for virtual advocacy appointments. Please email for questions and to speak with a staff member.

Paws’ Pantry and Paws’ Closet

Beginning the week of April 13, Paws’ Pantry will open for students 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please bring your CrimsonCard. Paws’ Closet will open for virtual appointments 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesdays. Email to set up an appointment.

CAPS staff are available to support students. Please call 317-274-2584 to speak with a staff member 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Due to the current public health crisis, all services will be provided remotely. For crises and concerns outside of CAPS current hours, please call the Crisis and Suicide Hotline at 317-251-7575.

Support is available for students who have experienced sexual or interpersonal violence or stalking. You can reach the CAPS confidential advocate at or 317-274-5715.  Emails will be monitored throughout the day.

Campus Health is committed to serving students. If you need to be seen or make an appointment, please call Campus Health at 317-274-8214. Walk-in appointments are no longer available and routine immunization services have been suspended. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please call Campus Health for a screening. 

Health and Wellness Promotion is still available to assist students this semester. Health and wellness coaching and nicotine cessation coaching are available through virtual appointments with our certified coaching staff. Students can email to set up a coaching appointment today.

Addiction recovery support meetings are offered in a virtual format through SAFE Project. Students interested in connecting with the Collegiate Recovery Community virtually can email

The Campus Center will remain open on modified hours: Mondays – Saturdays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Non-essential spaces, such as the Game Room, will be closed.

The Market will be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily offering carryout services. All other Chartwells dining locations are closed

All intramurals, programming, and events are canceled through the end of the spring 2020 semester. The Jaguar Campus Recreation facility located in the Campus Center will also be closed. Please contact for questions regarding membership.

OSC remains available to support students through any issues or concerns. Students can still submit reports for personal misconduct, sexual misconduct, and bias incidents. OSC staff can be reached at 317-274-4431.
