Your certified coach from Health and Wellness Promotion provides personalized guidance to help you understand what wellness means for you. They’ll take you through the eight dimensions of wellness, help you determine where your strengths are, and work with you to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. Coaching typically focuses on topics such as physical and emotional well-being, goal setting, stress reduction, and time management.
