What has been your favorite memory at IUPUI?

Pinpointing a specific memory is difficult as I’ve simply loved the hallway chats, lunch celebrations, working with my OSAS team and interacting with my OSC suitemates. Suite 270 rocks.

Where do you want to travel the most?

I’m very passionate about traveling. If I could convince my husband to sell everything, live in a tiny home and move all over the country, I wouldn’t skip a beat. However, I would most love to experience Thailand.

What’s your go-to dish when you have to make dinner?

Since I make dinner every night, I don’t have a go-to dish per se. However, I enjoy eating anything including pasta. It’s a match made in heaven since my maiden name, Tarquini, rhymes with most kinds of pasta…rotini, tortellini, linguine, etc.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I truly don’t understand when people do not use their turn signals. I feel as though I need a turn signal when I’m walking in the Campus Center at times—let alone on the road. It’s simply unsafe.

What was the last movie you watched?

I am not a movie person because I often fall asleep when I begin to watch movies. However, if "Legally Blonde" is on, I’ll watch it every time. “Whoever said orange is the new pink was seriously disturbed.”

If you could time travel, where would you go?

This was actually a question I just answered within my small group in our breakout session for the welcome back celebration. I would love to time travel to the '50s and '60s and be a kid during those decades. It seems as though life was simpler, the space race was happening, TVs were a big deal, the cars were cool and pop culture still stands out to this day. I would have loved to go to the soda fountains or a drive-in movie on special weekends.
