Reporting alleged violations of the Code

IUPUI is committed to creating a safe and civil campus. The Office of Student Conduct supports you in your educational journey by upholding the Indiana University Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct.

Personal Misconduct

Report incidents of personal misconduct involving IUPUI students.

Sexual Misconduct

Report incidents of sexual misconduct. The IUPUI Office of Student Conduct will work with you to submit this report should you need assistance.

Bias Incident Response at Indiana University

If you have experienced a bias incident, you can submit a report to alert the university. Reporting an incident allows IU to support those impacted and take steps to prevent future incidents.
