Ashley Eppich has provided therapy to young adults in a variety of settings including community mental health, substance use treatment and private practice. In her clinical work, she primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to assist clients in quieting the mind to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors in the here and now. Ashley has a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ and other minority populations, people in recovery from trauma and/or addiction and those who have difficulty forming and maintaining healthy relationships. In her role as clinical cssessment specialist, she focuses on creating a safe space for clients to begin their mental health journey, collaborative treatment planning and providing hope and encouragement.
