Contract requirements
- Your group must complete a signed license agreement, initiated by IU Indianapolis, 30 days prior to your stay.
- A Certificate of Insurance is required for all external groups.
- All groups and guests must comply with Indiana University Summer Housing Policies that are included in the contract and the Indiana University policy on programs involving children.
- The group’s host must provide a room roster at least five business days prior to arrival.
