Educational programs

Providing educational opportunities is important for promoting a healthy and inclusive environment within our sorority and fraternity community. Our staff is dedicated to creating programs that focus on leadership development and promoting positive behavior. We make sure that all educational initiatives align with our standards of excellence and help our members achieve core membership outcomes.

Greek Life Unlocked, formerly New Member/Neo Academy, equips new fraternity and sorority members with the knowledge, skills, and values to foster a strong, inclusive Greek community through interactive workshops, leadership development, and cross-council collaboration. Hosted twice a year (fall/spring).

The purpose is to provide community building, professional, and personal skill development for our Fraternity and Sorority Life leaders to use throughout their collegiate experience. Hosted twice a year (fall/spring).

To provide a space for potential new members/interests to connect with our 24 organizations, learn how to become a member, and find a sense of belonging in the community. Hosted twice a year (fall/spring) during Weeks of Welcome.

The Greek Kickback is a relaxed, family-friendly Regatta event that brings together fraternity and sorority members, alumni, families, and friends to celebrate community, connection, and the positive impact of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Hosted once a year during Regatta week. 

Greek Study Tables foster academic excellence and accountability by providing a structured, collaborative environment that supports strong study habits, time management, and peer mentorship to help members achieve their educational goals and elevate chapter academic success. Hosted once a semester. 

A workshop series that helps students build essential life, leadership, and professional skills. Led by campus and community experts, sessions cover topics like financial literacy, career readiness, and everyday essentials to support success in college and beyond. Hosted twice a semester.
