Space reservation rates

Campus Center Event Services has established the following room rates and fees according to the group type assigned: Category A (registered student organizations at IUPUI), Category B (IUPUI departments/schools), Category C (non-profit or government agency external events), and Category D (non-university clients and individuals).

Additional charges and fees

While many groups will only incur the room rental fee for their reservation, there are additional charges that may apply. Please see the table below for a list of possible fees.

Professional AV Event Technician $200 (4 hour minimum); $50.00 for every additional hour
Student AV Event Technician $20/hour
Event Services Assistant $20/hour
IUPUI Police $10.90 - $33.00/hour/officer based on level and availability of staff
ESG Security ~$20/hour/officer

Cancellations (external guests) 25% - 6+ months prior; 50% - 6 months to 121 days prior; 75% - 120 days - 31 days prior; 100% - 30 days or less prior
Failure to cancel/No show (faculty/staff) 100% room rental cost
Failure to cancel/No show (student organization)$100 after three infractions; $200 after six infractions; loss of reservation privileges after nine infractions
Failure to cancel/No show (external guests) 100% room rental cost + one of the  following: $50 - standard meeting room; $100 - executive spaces; $225 - multi-purpose room
