Find your fit on campus

What’s true in real estate is true for workouts. It’s all about location and having a great place to break a sweat. Campus Recreation offers you indoor and outdoor facilities, including our new Fitness Center, to take your physical wellness to the next level. Plus, they’re all included in your Campus Recreation membership.

Fitness Center

Campus Center 156 (accessible entrance on Theater Level)
Weekdays: 7 a.m.–10 p.m.
Weekends: Noon–10 p.m.

Opened in the spring of 2018, our newest facility features dozens of cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, krankcycles, and more. If strength training is more your style, you have your choice of free weights and pin-select machines to build muscle from head to toe. We also have a functional fitness area where you can work out on your own or join an MX4 fitness class. Two fitness studios are home to our other classes, including indoor cycling with more than 20 bikes just waiting for you to get spinning.

If you squeeze in a workout between classes, don’t worry about offending your classmates later. The Fitness Center houses day-use lockers at no charge as well as three individual changing rooms with showers that are all-gender and ADA accessible.

The Fitness Center brings you ADA-accessible cardio and weight-training equipment. Showers and changing rooms are also ADA-accessible. Contact Campus Recreation at 317-274-2824 with questions about accommodations.

To keep our facilities in great shape—you’re not the only one watching your figure—and to keep everyone safe, we have a few rules for you to follow.
