Brittany views her work with individuals through a trauma-informed lens and assists clients in gaining insight into the effects of trauma or adverse childhood experiences on their current functioning. She believes that improved insight and understanding of the self assists in lasting change.

Brittany has worked extensively with survivors of trauma since 2012 including interpersonal violence, sexual assault, and childhood abuse and neglect.
