The IUPUI Campus Center offers multiple meeting rooms of various sizes and capacities. The rooms can be reserved for events, meetings, and more by registered student organizations, university departments, and non-university external groups. If you aren’t sure what your reservation needs are or are looking for a little assistance in executing your event, the Campus Center Event Services team offers limited planning and consultation services.
Reservation requests from faculty and staff members on behalf of IUPUI schools and departments should be submitted online, at least seven (7) days in advance by visiting rooms.iupui.edu, however, requests may be made via phone, email, or walk-in visits to our office. For registered student organizations, all event and reservation requests are made through The Spot by submitting an Event and Activity Registration Form. External groups/individuals interested in reserving space within the Campus Center should contact the Campus Center & Student Experiences office directly.
